TJX Stores is hiring for a Loss Prevention / Front-of-Store role at a USA location. You will deter theft with a visible presence, wear a Body Worn Camera, and support store teams while maintaining a safe shopping environment. Responsibilities

• Support District Loss Prevention Manager and store management by acting as a visual deterrent and wearing a Body Worn Camera.
• Help maintain a positive customer shopping experience and protect the Company brand.
• Position at the front of the store and respond to customer inquiries via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform safety sweeps and adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management and perform other duties as assigned.
