Baxter is seeking a South-Central US Front Line Care Region Manager to lead a 7-10 person sales team across Acute and Outpatient markets. You will develop the regional business plan, cultivate distributor and channel partner relationships, and drive profitable growth with executive alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in medical device sales, 2+ years in leadership, and strong IDN relationship skills. Expect up to 60% travel and competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of top-level sales performance in medical device/healthcare
• 2+ years of sales leadership experience and knowledge in Welch Allyn product line preferred
• Proven experience hiring, developing, and managing sales teams
• Strong background with IDNs and relationship-building
