Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a South-Central US Front Line Care Region Manager to lead 7-10 representatives across Acute and Outpatient Care markets.

You will develop regional plans, grow key accounts, and leverage channel partners to drive profitable territory growth. Preferred candidates have 5+ years in medical device sales, 2+ years in leadership, and a strong track record in hiring, coaching, and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of top-level sales performance in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• 2+ years of sales leadership experience with Welch Allyn portfolio preferred.
• Proven experience hiring, developing, and managing a sales team.
• Strong background working with IDNs and building relationships.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Motivate the team to reach potential and foster teamwork and execution.
• Meet with key customers and support reps in relationship building.
• Maintain a robust forecast of opportunities and monitor progress.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to close large opportunities.

• Drive connectivity strategy and deliver on integrated solutions platform.
• Manage a network of distributors and channel partners in the region.
• Stay informed on local IDN market and competitive landscape.
