Baxter Healthcare in the United States seeks a Senior Regional Sales Director to lead the Respiratory Health sales region across the Southwest and South-Central states. You will develop regional plans and drive growth through key accounts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of top-level sales success in medical devices, 3+ years of leadership experience, and strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of demonstrated top-level sales performance in the medical device/healthcare industry.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in medical device/healthcare industry.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing the performance of a sales team.
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Meets, if not exceeds, regional sales quotas.
• Develops comprehensive, annual strategic regional plans for management review.
• Develops and leads sales activities for the region, guided by RH division goals and policies.
• Manages a team of Account Executives and Clinical Specialists.
• Partners with peer AVP’s, RVP and Sales VP to drive division sales policies and strategies.
• Nurtures relationships with internal operations, finance, HR, and other support functions to maximize profitability.
• Meets administrative expectations; adheres to all company and regulatory policies.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Baxter’s processes, products, and services.
