Job summary
Medline Industries, LP seeks a clinical support professional to own clinical activities for Front Line Care, including troubleshooting, trial support, and implementation assistance. The role collaborates with OneMedline partners to retain and grow the Front Line Care business.
The team partners with health systems to improve outcomes on key hospital-acquired conditions such as CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI, and fall prevention.
Qualifications
- RN/NR certs required as listed in the job posting.
- Clinical support expertise and ability to educate on product use.
- Experience partnering with health systems and clinical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical SME support for safe/product use and educate on Front Line Care solutions.
- Build account-level relationships with CNOs, ICU leaders, and infection control stakeholders.
- Support retention, trials, implementations, and post-implementation activities in accounts.
