Job summary

Medline is seeking a Front Line Care Clinical Specialist to own clinical support activities across retention and growth of the Front Line Care business. You will handle customer support, clinical troubleshooting, trial and implementation support, and execution of clinical solutions in collaboration with OneMedline partners.

The role focuses on partnering with health systems to improve outcomes related to hospital acquired conditions, such as CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI, and fall prevention, through

Qualifications

• 3+ years clinical experience.
• RN/CCRN/APRN certification required or state equivalent.
• Experience in clinical support and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical SME on safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
• Build account-level relationships with CNO, ICU, Infection Prevention and other clinicians.
• Support retention activities and participate in trials, implementations, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Front Line Care Specialists to pitch, assess, and implement clinical solutions.
• Lead or attend local trade shows and events as needed.
• Ensure regular touchpoints with priority accounts.
• Coordinate expectations, resources, and follow-up actions.
• Participate in Front Line Care Clinical business reviews.
