Job summary

Medline is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist for Front Line Care to own clinical activities that retain and grow the business. You will support customers, troubleshoot clinically, lead trials, and implement clinical solutions in collaboration with OneMedline partners.

The role focuses on improving outcomes for CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI, and Fall Prevention by partnering with health systems and key clinical stakeholders across units and departments.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of clinical experience (patient care, education, or medical sales/support).
• RN/CCRN/APRN or equivalent clinical certification required per state.
• Demonstrated ability to educate on clinical use of products and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical subject matter expertise on safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
• Build and maintain strong account relationships with clinical stakeholders.
• Support retention activities, trials, implementations and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Front Line Care team to assess and implement clinical solutions.
• Lead or participate in local events and educational activities.
• Perform in-services, bedside audits, and protocol reviews with clinicians.
