Medline Industries, Inc. is seeking a clinical support professional for the Front Line Care team in the United States.

You will own clinical activities to retain and grow the Front Line Care business, including customer support, clinical troubleshooting, trial and implementation support, and clinical solutions execution in collaboration with OneMedline partners. The role emphasizes partnering with health systems to improve outcomes on key hospital-acquired conditions, requires RN/CCRN/APRN or

Competenze

• Must hold RN, CCRN, APRN, or other listed certifications.
• Strong clinical knowledge for safe and effective product use.
• Ability to educate stakeholders and drive clinical outcomes.

• Provide clinical SME on safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
• Build and maintain account-level relationships with clinical stakeholders.
• Support retention activities and participate in trials and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate to pitch and implement clinical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and participate in clinical business reviews.
• Lead or attend local trade shows, educational events as needed.
• Ensure regular touchpoints with priority accounts.
• Perform in-services, bedside audits, and protocol reviews with clinical staff.
