Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a clinical support professional to own clinical support activities for the Front Line Care business, including customer support, clinical troubleshooting, trial and implementation support, and clinical solutions execution while collaborating with OneMedline partners.

The objective of the Front Line Care team is to partner with health systems on improving outcomes of Hospital Acquired Conditions such as CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI and Fall Prevention.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensure requirements to practice in the respective state(s).
• RN and/or advanced specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical subject matter expertise on safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
• Build and maintain account-level relationships with clinical decision-makers (CNO, ACNO, ICU, Infection Prevention, Quality).
• Support retention activities in the assigned geography and participate in trials, implementations, and post-implementation support in assigned accounts.
