Job summary

Medline is seeking a clinical support leader to own activities that retain and grow the Front Line Care business. You will support clinical troubleshooting, implement solutions, and collaborate with OneMedline partners to improve hospital outcomes related to CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI, and fall prevention.

The role emphasizes building relationships with CNOs, ICU leadership, Infection Prevention and other clinicians, supporting trials and post-implementation activities across geographies, and leading

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of clinical experience (patient care, education, or medical sales/support).
• RN, CCRN, APRN or other relevant nursing certifications required or meeting state requirements.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to educate on safe/product usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical SME on safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
• Build and maintain strong account-level relationships with CNO/ACNO/ICU leaders and Infection Prevention teams.
• Support retention activities, trials, implementations, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Front Line Care Specialists to pitch, assess, implement and maintain clinical solutions.
• Lead or attend local trade shows, educational dinners, chapter events or product events as needed.
• Ensure appropriate frequency of touchpoints with priority accounts.
• Coordinate expectations, internal resources, clinical evaluations, implementation needs, and follow-up actions.
• Participate in Front Line Care Clinical business reviews.
