Medline Industries, LP is seeking a clinical support professional to own activities centered on retaining and growing the Front Line Care business. You will provide clinical expertise, perform troubleshooting, and support trials, implementations, and ongoing post-implementation support across assigned health system accounts.

The role focuses on improving outcomes related to hospital-acquired conditions through collaboration with health systems and OneMedline partners.

Competenze

At least 3 years of clinical experience in patient care, education, or medical sales/support.
Must hold one of the listed nursing certifications or meet state requirements to practice.
Medline emphasizes collaboration with health systems to improve quality outcomes.

Mansioni

Provide clinical subject matter expertise on safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
Build and maintain account-level relationships with clinical stakeholders (CNO, ACNO, ICU, Infection Prevention).
Support retention activities, trials, implementations, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with Front Line Care Specialists to assess and implement clinical solutions.
Lead or participate in local events and maintain regular touchpoints with priority accounts.
Coordinate client expectations, internal resources, and follow-up actions.
Participate in Front Line Care Clinical business reviews.
