Medline Industries, LP is seeking a clinical support professional to own activities related to retaining and growing the Front Line Care business. You will provide clinical troubleshooting, trial and implementation support, and solutions execution while collaborating with OneMedline partners to improve outcomes in hospital settings.

You will partner with health systems to address key quality metrics such as CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI and Fall Prevention, and work with stakeholders across ICU,

Qualifikationen

• RN or equivalent nursing certification required.
• Experience in clinical support and healthcare account management.

• Provide clinical SME on safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
• Build and maintain account-level relationships with clinical stakeholders.
• Support retention activities and participate in trials and implementations.
• Collaborate with Front Line Care Specialists to pitch, assess, implement and maintain clinical solutions.
• Collaborate with field teams to bring the right solutions to customer needs and grow business.
• Lead or attend local trade shows and product events as needed.
• Ensure regular touchpoints with priority accounts.
• Coordinate customer expectations, internal resources, and follow-up actions.
• Participate in Front Line Care Clinical business reviews.
• Facilitate communication among internal stakeholders.
