Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a clinical professional to own Front Line Care support, including troubleshooting, trial and implementation support, and clinical solutions execution in partnership with OneMedline.

You will engage with CNOs, ICU leaders, Infection Prevention and other clinical stakeholders to drive improved outcomes and retain and grow business in the assigned healthcare networks. The role involves collaboration across multiple teams and may include event participation.

Qualifications

• RN or equivalent nursing certification required
• Licensure must meet state-specific requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical SME on safe use of Front Line Care products and educate on their use.
• Build account-level relationships with stakeholders (CNO, ACNO, ICU, Infection Prevention, WOCN, Quality/Patient Safety).
• Support retention activities and participate in trials, implementations, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Front Line Care specialists to assess, implement and maintain clinical solutions.
• Coordinate field collaboration with Acute Care, IDN, and Strategic Account Managers to meet customer needs.
• Lead or attend local trade shows, educational dinners, and product events as needed.
• Ensure appropriate touchpoints with priority accounts and manage in-services and clinical troubleshooting.
