Job summary

Medline is seeking an RN with advanced clinical certifications to support Front Line Care across health systems. You will partner with clinical leaders to improve outcomes, contribute to trials, and implement solutions that address CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI, and Fall Prevention.

Responsibilities include clinical education, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to retain and grow business, along with participation in events and reviews to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• RN with active licensure and related certifications in clinical nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical SME support on safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
• Build account-level relationships with clinical stakeholders.
• Support retention activities, trials, implementations, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with field teams to tailor clinical solutions.
• Lead or attend local events to engage customers and drive adoption.
• Coordinate communications among internal stakeholders and customers.
• Participate in clinical business reviews and field activities.
