Medline is seeking a clinical expert to support Front Line Care with patient care, education, and clinical troubleshooting. You will collaborate with health systems to improve outcomes and lead education for safe product use across accounts in the assigned geography, including trials and implementations.

The role focuses on CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI and Fall Prevention metrics, requiring strong clinical acumen and cross-functional collaboration with IDN teams and frontline care specialists.

Competenze

• 3+ years of clinical experience (patient care, education, or medical sales/support).
• RN, CCRN, APRN or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Ability to educate on safe and effective use of products and clinical practices.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical SME support for safe product use and quality metrics (CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI, falls).
• Manage account-level relationships with CNOs, ICU leaders, infection prevention and other clinicians.
• Support retention activities, trials, implementations and post-implementation support in accounts.
• Collaborate with frontline specialists to assess, implement and sustain clinical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet customer expectations and actions.
• Lead or participate in local trade shows and educational events as needed.
• Maintain touchpoints with priority accounts and perform in-services, bedside audits and protocol reviews.
