Job summary

Medline is seeking a clinical support professional to own activities retaining and growing the Front Line Care business. You will provide clinical troubleshooting, trial support, and implementation support while partnering with OneMedline teams to improve hospital outcomes for CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI and fall prevention.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of clinical experience (patient care, education, or medical sales/support).
• RN/CRRN/APRN or related certification required (as per state requirements).
• Clinical SMEs for safe and effective use of products and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical subject matter expertise on safe and effective use of Front Line Care products and drive quality metrics.
• Build and maintain account-level relationships with CNO, ACNO, ICU, Infection Prevention and other clinical stakeholders.
• Support retention activities, trials, implementations and post-implementation support in assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Front Line Care Specialists to assess, implement and maintain clinical solutions.
• Lead or participate in local trade shows, dinners, chapter events or product events.
• Ensure appropriate touchpoints with priority accounts and coordinate cross-functional actions.
