Job summary

Medline seeks a clinical expert to own support activities for Front Line Care, driving retention and growth with health systems. You will troubleshoot clinically, support trials, and implement solutions while collaborating with OneMedline partners.

You will partner with hospital leaders to improve outcomes related to CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI, and fall prevention, providing education and hands-on clinical guidance.

Qualifications

• Must maintain current RN licensure and applicable certifications.
• Clinical expertise in infection prevention, patient safety, and product use.
• Ability to educate and influence clinical stakeholders with evidence-based practice.
• Strong collaboration with health systems and account stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical SME support on safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
• Build and maintain account-level relationships with CNO, ACNO, ICU, and other clinical leaders.
• Support retention activities, trials, implementations, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Front Line Care Specialists to pitch and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with partners to deliver tailored clinical solutions to customer needs.
• Lead or attend local trade shows and product events as needed.
• Ensure regular touchpoints with priority accounts.
• Perform in-services, bedside audits, trial support, and protocol reviews with clinicians.
• Coordinate expectations, resources, and follow-up actions; participate in business reviews.
