Job summary
Medline Industries, LP in New Orleans is seeking a clinical support professional to assist with retaining and expanding the Front Line Care business. You will provide clinical troubleshooting, training, and implementation support across health systems.
You will collaborate with OneMedline partners and stakeholders to improve outcomes on CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI, and fall prevention, while leading or coordinating field events and clinical solution workshops.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of clinical experience.
- Education per certification requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical subject matter expertise on safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
- Educate customers on clinical use and educate on quality metrics (CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI, Fall Prevention).
- Build and maintain account-level relationships with clinical stakeholders (CNO, ACNO, ICU, Quality/Patient Safety).
- Support retention activities and participate in trials, implementations, and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and lead clinical events and reviews as needed.
