GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Front End Driver to expertly collect solid waste from commercial and industrial accounts.

This role demands top maneuvering skills for tight enclosures and the stamina to handle heavy containers, along with operating front-end loaders safely on designated routes. You will interact with the public, perform safety inspections, document reports, and ensure compliance with DOT and company standards.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license required.
• At least 1 year of commercial truck driving or a CDL school certificate.
• Must meet safety-sensitive criteria per DOT standards.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and push/move up to 300 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate front-end loader on designated routes to collect waste.
• Manually open container enclosures to access bins.
• Dump 3- to 4-yard containers into positions as needed.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DVIR).
• Use maps and GPS to navigate addresses; keep daily logs.
• Provide professional customer interaction and report issues.
