Job summary

GFL Industries is seeking Front-End Drivers to operate front-end trucks on multiple residential and commercial routes, removing waste or recyclables under customer contracts. The role involves serving various customers daily, inspecting vehicles, and reporting any issues for safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, log maintenance, safe operation of equipment, and courteous interaction with customers.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL is required.
• Minimum of one year driving experience OR CDL school.
• Able to meet safety sensitive criteria.
• Ability to safely drive the truck and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive front-end trucks on designated routes.
• Open container enclosures and dump cargo as needed.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Interact courteously with customers along the route.
• Maintain daily logs and vehicle condition reports.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to route schedules and company rules.
