Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking an experienced Front-End Driver to operate front-end trucks delivering waste and recyclables along designated multi-family and commercial routes.

You will collect and transfer loads to post-collection facilities while maintaining routes and customer service quality. Responsibilities include pre- and post-trip inspections, safe operation, proper documentation, and interaction with customers.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• One year of commercial truck driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Commitment to safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive front-end or ancillary equipment along designated routes to collect waste or recyclables.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and submit vehicle condition reports.
• Interact courteously with customers and the public along the route and report issues.
• Maintain route logs, productivity sheets, and post-trip inspections as required by law and policy.
