Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader in Garland, TX to guide department associates in merchandising, pricing, stocking and customer service. You will work under the Group Sales or Department Manager, directing daily tasks and contributing to achieving sales and service goals.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail with supervisory exposure; you will interview, train, schedule, and coach staff while maintaining product knowledge and engaging customers in a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage department staffing and scheduling.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct associates daily in merchandising, inventory, pricing and service.
• Staff the department and assist in interviewing and training.
• Prepare to-do lists and coordinate with GSM/DM and HR.
• Maintain pricing, UPC integrity and plan-o-gram compliance.
• Provide a legendary customer experience and educate staff on products.
