Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: strong customer service, leadership, merchandising and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates daily and coordinates tasks.
• Executes merchandising directives and maintains plan-o-grams and pricing.
• Participates in staffing, interviewing, and training of department staff.
• Prepares weekly schedules and coaches associates to improve customer service.
• Ensures a positive, harassment-free work environment and supports company policies.
