Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Macon, GA seeks a Team Lead - Front End to guide a sales team and drive exceptional customer service. You will oversee merchandising, staffing, training, scheduling and ensure pricing accuracy and planogram compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in retail sales with supervisory exposure, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with POS and inventory systems. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and promote a customer-first shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily activities of department staff and achieves sales goals.
• Staff the department, train, and prepare weekly work schedules.
• Maintain merchandising directives, pricing, and planograms.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues with customers and associates.
• Coordinate events and promotions, and oversee inventory integrity.
