Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Retail Sales: 2–4 years with supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of associates in the department.
• Assist in staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Maintain merchandising directives and plan-o-grams as set by Corporate Office.
• Deliver strong customer service and a positive team environment.
• Coordinate with GSM/DM on events, pricing accuracy, and inventory control.
