Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Ithaca, NY is seeking a Store Front-End/Fulfillment Supervisor to lead the team, ensure outstanding customer service, manage front-end and fulfillment operations, and drive safety and efficiency.

You will schedule staff, monitor performance, and coach associates to deliver best-in-class service. The role requires coordinating Pro, Install, Delivery, and Pickup in-store and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve store goals while maintaining safety and inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in retail with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Experience directing or supervising teams and cross-functional training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and store computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to meet customer demand with proper staffing and coverage.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance guidance; escalate issues.
• Drive front-end and fulfillment operations to ensure efficiency and service.
• Schedule and redeploy staff; participate in interviews and hiring input.
• Maintain safety, security and shrink-prevention practices daily.
• Coach for best practices in customer service and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to deliver store goals.
• Ensure accurate order picking, staging, and delivery readiness.
