Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; education can be substituted by experience.
• 5 years in a retail environment or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Experience directing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and store computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead team assignments to ensure coverage and strong customer service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and formal disciplinary input when needed.
• Drive front-end and back-end operations, including checkouts and stocking.
• Monitor safety, shrink, and inventory controls; manage security practices.
• Respond quickly to unexpected events and re-prioritize tasks as needed.
• Walk the store to coach, engage customers, and ensure proper staffing.
