Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor in California to lead front-end and fulfillment teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive daily store operations.

You will coach staff, manage shifts, and coordinate with multiple departments to deliver efficient shopping experiences. Responsibilities include staffing optimization, coaching, safety enforcement, and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• 4 years in retail, or 5 years if education requirement is not met.
• Experience directing or supervising teams.
• Experience supporting or participating in training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and assign staffing to meet customer demand and support needs.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members, and partner with ASM for disciplinary actions.
• Foster a culture of outstanding customer service and process improvements.
• Drive operational excellence and safety across front-end and fulfillment activities.
• Monitor safety, shrink, and inventory controls; ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Coach and develop associates to enable growth and high performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional training to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Ensure appropriate headcount allocation for Pro, Install, Delivery, and Pickup in-store functions.
