Job summary

You will oversee front-end and fulfillment activities, provide coaching, and ensure safety and compliance across store operations. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of experience in a retail environment (or 5 years if education requirement is not met).
• Experience providing direction or supervision to teams (with or without direct report responsibility).
• Experience supporting or participating in the process of training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate to ensure staffing coverage and customer service.
• Participate in interviews and input into selection decisions.
• Provide daily coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Drive operational excellence and adherence to processes.
