Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Phoenix is looking for an associate to support supervision of associates, assist members with purchases, and help ensure smooth store operations. You will train team members, guide member service approaches, and participate in processing memberships and credit accounts at the front end.

You will also handle transactions, merchandising, returns, and help maintain a welcoming environment while upholding company policies and the Open Door Policy.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties and providing guidance.
• Assist members with purchases and services, including using self-checkout and cash registers.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts and promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer issues per company policy.
• Maintain club cleanliness, merchandising, and safe parking lot conditions.
