• Provide information on membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members; process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and using self-checkout or registers.
• Oversee area operations, organize merchandise, and maintain cleanliness and cart/parking lot readiness.
• Assist with accounting-related tasks and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information.
