Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club is hiring a Front End Associate in Tempe, AZ. You will provide member service at the checkout, process purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges per policy. You’ll also guide members on self-service tech and promote Sam’s Club offerings.

Maintain a safe, organized shopping area, assist with training new associates, and help ensure a positive member experience across all front-end activities.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment.
• Experience with mobile retail applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns; processes purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
