Job summary

Sam’s Club in Joplin, MO is seeking a full-time associate to assist management in supervising front-end operations, delivering member service, and ensuring store standards are met.

You will train and guide associates, handle transactions and customer inquiries, and support scheduling, merchandising, and loss prevention while promoting Walmart's Open Door policy and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties, train and guide staff, and support member service approaches.
• Assist members with purchases, provide product information, and facilitate checkout and pickup orders.
• Oversee front-end operations, handle returns, and ensure store policies and cleanliness are upheld.
