Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Leading a front-end team and supervision experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates by assigning duties and giving feedback
• Provide member service by addressing needs and guiding purchases
• Operate registers or self-checkout and process transactions
• Handle claims and returns and maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Assist in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates
• Promote memberships, programs, and benefits to members and potential customers
• Collaborate with managers to meet membership goals and drive sales and member satisfaction
• Participate in marketing events and maintain required documentation for marketing recaps
• Follow company policies and Open Door Policy to resolve issues and ensure compliance
