Walmart's Sam's Club in Tempe, AZ is seeking a supervisor to assist management and supervise associates in the assigned area. You will train staff, uphold the Open Door Policy, promote membership benefits, and ensure member issues are resolved per company guidelines.

You will also support recruiting, scheduling, and evaluating associates while maintaining merchandising and store operations. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months retail and 6 months customer service experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties and train on processes to ensure member satisfaction.
• Promote membership, process memberships and credit accounts, and support marketing events.
• Handle claims and returns, organize merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness.
