Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Assist management with supervising associates, assign duties, and provide direction and feedback.
• Promote member services by explaining membership types, programs, and benefits.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; support renewal efforts.
• Handle customer questions and assist with purchasing decisions and transactions.
• Maintain club areas, organize merchandise, and ensure cleanliness and safety.
