• Recruit, schedule, coach and evaluate associates while supporting Open Door Policy
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts and drive member renewals
• Assist members with purchases and with self-checkout options
• Handle claims/returns, organize merchandise, and maintain club cleanliness
