Walmart at Sam's Club in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a team-focused supervisor to oversee associates, share goals, and guide training to improve member service. You will help resolve issues per policy and participate in hiring, scheduling, coaching and evaluations.

You will support member purchases, explain membership benefits, process transactions, and assist with self-checkout as well as club upkeep and documentation. A commitment to ethics and open communication is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Mansioni

• Assist management with supervising associates and communicating goals and feedback.
• Provide direction and training on member service approaches to resolve issues per guidelines.
• Promote memberships, process memberships and credit accounts, and support sales events.
• Assist members with purchases, locating merchandise, and using self-checkout or registers.
• Maintain club area, handle claims/returns, organize merchandise, and ensure cleanliness.
• Complete accounting records, deposits, and cash handling following procedures.
• Collaborate with managers to analyze information and drive improvements, upholding ethics.
