Job summary

Walmart in Matthews, NC is seeking a frontline supervisor to assist management with the supervision of associates, assign duties, train staff, and ensure member service excellence. You will guide associates in member service approaches, handle complaints per company policy, and participate in recruiting, scheduling, and coaching, supporting a productive and friendly shopping environment.

You will help members locate merchandise, assist with purchasing decisions, and ensure smooth checkout

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register).
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties and provide guidance.
• Assist members with purchases and service needs using registers or self-checkout.
• Support recruiting, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise.
