Qualifications

• Leading a front-end team, supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and training.
• Provide member service and help customers with purchases.
• Handle claims and returns and maintain the area.
• Process memberships and credit accounts; encourage membership renewals.
• Support sales and marketing events and meet membership goals.
