Job summary

Sam's Club in Port Charlotte, FL is hiring for a front-end associate who will assist management in supervising associates, guiding member service approaches, and ensuring policy compliance. You will help process memberships, upgrades, and member accounts while delivering value and driving member satisfaction.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, operating front-end equipment, handling returns and issues, and maintaining a clean, organized checkout area.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Leading a front-end team and supervising experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists management with supervision of associates, assigning duties and guiding member service approaches.
• Communicates and supports membership, processes memberships and upgrades, and encourages renewals.
• Oversees cashiering, merchandise handling, returns, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the front-end area and supports store operations.
