You will process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, promote benefits, and help meet membership targets while maintaining store compliance and a positive Open Door policy environment.

Qualificações

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises associates by assigning duties and providing guidance on member service.
• Processes memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; promotes renewals.
• Manages front-end operations including cash registers and self-checkout.
• Ensures compliance with policies and the Open Door Policy; supports recruiting and scheduling.
