Walmart Sam's Club in Chattanooga is seeking a front-end supervisor to help manage associates, communicate goals, train staff, and ensure outstanding member service. You will oversee checkouts, assist members with purchases, and support membership processing while following company policies and the Open Door Policy.

The role includes coordinating scheduling, coaching team members, and promoting a culture of belonging and accountability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Retail experience minimum 6 months.
• Customer service experience minimum 6 months.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise associates and assign duties to meet member service standards.
• Assist management with recruiting, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates.
• Provide member service guidance and process memberships and credit accounts.
• Assist with merchandise selection, checkout areas, and self-checkout support.
• Handle claims, returns and maintain club cleanliness and organization.
