Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Leading a front-end team and supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload

Responsibilities

• Assists management with supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties, providing direction and feedback
• Communicates and supports membership by providing information on membership types, programs and benefits
• Provides member service by assisting members with purchases, guiding on self-service technology, and processing pickups
• Oversees area by organizing merchandise, managing returns, and maintaining cleanliness
• Completes daily deposits, cash handling, and accounting records as required
