Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates, assign duties, train, and provide guidance on member service.
• Inform members about membership types and benefits, process memberships and upgrades.
• Support member purchases, guide self-checkout options, and handle transactions.
• Oversee area operations including returns, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, deposits, and cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to improve processes and compliance.
