Job summary

Sam's Club in Aurora, CO is hiring for a front-end supervisor who will assist management in leading associates, training staff, and delivering outstanding member service. You will assign duties, monitor performance, and participate in recruiting, scheduling, and evaluating teammates while upholding company policies.

You'll help members with purchases, explain membership benefits, operate registers and self-checkout, and ensure a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register) and 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Leading a front-end team with supervising experience (hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload).

Responsibilities

• Assists management with supervision of associates by assigning duties, training, and providing direction.
• Supports member service by addressing member needs and facilitating transactions.
• Oversees area operations, including merchandise placement, shrink control, and cleanliness.
