Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (for example, cash register) and 6 months customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area and assign duties.
• Train associates on processes and procedures.
• Provide direction and guidance on member service approaches.
• Resolve member complaints according to company guidelines.
• Handle claims and returns and maintain club organization.
