Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a front-end associate to supervise a team, assist with member services, and ensure smooth checkout operations at the Sherman, TX club. You will guide associates, answer member questions, and help with merchandise placement and returns to maintain a positive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of retail and customer service experience, are at least 18 years old, and can operate front-end equipment.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (for example, cash register)
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assists management with supervising associates in assigned area by assigning duties and providing direction to ensure member service goals are met
• Communicates and supports membership by providing information on membership types and benefits, processing memberships and upgrades
• Provides and ensures member service by helping members with purchases, guiding self-checkout, and ensuring pickup orders are filled
