Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience with membership processing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area and assign duties
• Train and coach staff on store processes and member service
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts
• Ensure member needs are identified and addressed at checkout
• Maintain checkout areas, manage returns and claims
