Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates, uphold merchandising standards, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will help staff the department, manage scheduling, and coach the team to achieve sales goals while maintaining product knowledge and planograms.

The role requires 2–4 years of supervisory retail experience, strong customer service, and the ability to collaborate with managers and HR to develop staff. On-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 4 years in retail sales supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to coach and motivate associates and staff scheduling experience.
• Strong customer service and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to department associates and maintain merchandising directives.
• Staff the department, participate in interviewing, and coordinate training.
• Prepare weekly work schedules and monitor performance and customer service.
• Maintain pricing, UPC integrity, and correct plan-o-grams per corporate standards.
